About us
Kenichi Images are a photography partnership of Thomas Ritchie & Annmarie Kenna. We're a couple in personal life as well as business, both enjoying a lifelong passion for photography.
Kenichi Images was officially launched in April 2016. The name Kenichi is of Japanese origin. It means, focused, healthy & strong and is an amalgamation of both our surnames.
We started taking pictures at Northern Soul & Mod Nights in 2014, and this soon led to selling prints, and having a few of our pictures published in 2016, in Stuart Cosgrove’s book, Young Soul Rebels. We also have our work displayed at Gilroy's, restaurant in Iowa, USA.
We specialise in wedding and event photography, and are resident photographers for Barraloadasoul, an event held in Glasgow Barrowland Ballroom. We also do nightclub, portraits, commercial, fashion, new born, product, food and dog photography.
We sell various different products including prints, digital image licences & wall art.
We actively support charities whenever we can, so over the years we’ve donated several pictures as auction prizes, and had our images transformed by artists in to paintings to raise funds for charities.
We have a wealth of experience working in the private & public sector. We’re professional in our approach, and pride ourselves on achieving high standards, and delivering a reliable service.
